This allows the LavaPort-PCI to utilize the shared interrupt structure of the PCI architecture, access some non-standard Com addresses, while freeing-up an ISA slot. - Dual 9-pin Ultra High Speed 16650 UART serial port - allows user to configure COM ports on the faster PCI bus
