RapidRun™ Digital is designed to be the standard for in-wall digital audio/video installations. The RapidRun system allows for a customized installation to create an ideal audio/video solution. The HDMI Active Wall Plate is the perfect compliment for the Digital Runner when a clean, finished look is required. It is most commonly used in homes when connecting an HDTV to different source devices (i.e. cable box, DVD player, video game system) when the source is 35 feet or more away from the display. Whether hanging a flat-panel TV in a home or installing a commercial digital signage system, a crisp, clean signal up to 1080p resolution can be counted on - every time.
When using the Digital Runner at lengths from 35 feet to 100 feet, an Active Break-Away is required at the source end. Break-Away terminations are available in either Flying Leads or Wall Plates and are also available in different lengths and colors to meet the requirements of the installation. Please note: To complete the RapidRun System, each Runner will need (2) Flying Leads, (2) Wall Plates, OR (1) Flying Lead and (1) Wall Plate.
